<description>As a first time user of the Pro Photo Lab, I just have to say I am very pleased. I had a fully mounted 20 X 30 Metallic print processed for my home gallery. Unfortunately, the first print was off by a half a stop and I lost detail in a key area of a scenic I had labored over. I voiced my dissapointment to my rep and he put it in to be redone at no charge. The finished product is beautiful. Because of their consideration for my art, I will be doing all my printing through Nations Photo at this point. Thanks much for the quality work and your professional business attitude.</description>
